These terms of use determine the procedure for using the website www.e-laimalux.lv.
1. SHIPPING
All received orders are processed on weekdays from 9.00 to 12.00. If the order is received after 12.00, it will be automatically rescheduled for processing to the next business day.
To avoid misunderstanding, please fill in the order blank carefully.
Placing an order, at the “Delivery Method” stage, you can choose the method of receiving the goods:
1. Delivery by courier to the specified address
2. Delivery to the pakomat
3. Take the goods in the SIA Laimalukss store : Rīga, Brivibas street 43.
Shipping to Latvia. Your order will be delivered 2-3 business days after receiving the payment, if shipping address is in Riga. Shipping to other cities of Latvia or to the countryside is performed in 2-4 business days.
When ordering rare items or no goods in stock, delivery time may increase. In this case, you will be informed about this and will have the opportunity to cancel the transaction.
If the product is not available at the moment (the mark is not in stock), you have the opportunity to contact the manager and clarify when this product will be available (by e-mail eveikals@goldwell.lv).
The payment is made after e-laimalux.lv administration order confirmation via banking transfer. After receiving the payment, courier service administration will contact the client to precise shipping details. It is up to client to provide proper contact information. The shipping is provided with the help of courier service. When receiving the item, please thoroughly inspect the packaging in the presence of courier. Claims on the appearance of the package will only be accepted at the time of delivery.
Payment for the order is made after confirming the order, through:
- bank transfer
- internet bank: Luminor, Swedbank, SEB, Citadele (under development)
- payment card: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (under development)
Shipping in Riga is FREE OF CHARGE, if your order sum is 40 Eur or more. If the sum is less than 40 Eur – shipping charge in Riga is 3 Eur. Shipping charge in Latvia is 5 Eur. Free for orders over 200 EUR.
Delivery to DPD Pickup points – 2.50 Eur all over Latvia.
2. REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer 14-day return policy which begins when you receive your order.
Full product value is returned, except shipping cost. All goods should be returned in resalable, unused condition and in original undamaged package. Once items are returned and received by us, we will refund you full value of your goods in 5 days. Cost of initial shipping and return shipping are not refunded.
